Refund policy

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange. All conditions below must be met.

If you wish to return goods, please contact us first by email to arrange.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Items must be returned unused, complete, in original and resalable condition.

All packaging must be in good condition. We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced.

We cannot accept a return on any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification.

All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, copy of invoice and reason for return.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered. Please retain your proof of shipping.
